Our policy for refunds depends on the type of item you acquired:

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of their first invoice. All requests must be submitted via Contact Us. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be refunded to the original payment method. A subscription shift to a future term or another user is possible at our discretion, provided minimal use has occurred.

Digital materials are delivered immediately after purchase. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, purchases are final and no refunds are issued once download access is granted. Please review sample excerpts before buying.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of arrival if unused and in original packaging. Shipping for the item being sent back is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive the item, a refund will be issued within 5 business days. Alternately, you may request a substitution or transfer of credit to another item.
